Loan approval

Loan approval is subject to Red Fort Capital Finance credit policy, vehicle valuation, document verification, and final underwriting approval. CarFin India is the technology platform; the lender of record is Red Fort Capital Finance NBFC.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, misrepresent vehicle details, or attempt to tamper with diagnostic reports.

Grievance redressal

For any complaints, contact our grievance officer at grievance@carfin.com. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the RBI Banking Ombudsman.
